Hebble Use Balluff Technology to Save You Money
Saving money on expensive cylinder refits will be a welcome benefit for most businesses and Hebble are happy to announce that we can reduce your costs with a fantastic new service. Customers often come to us for quotations for new cylinders which will replace existing cylinders that are being updated at their plant. The new cylinders provide better control so they regularly need replacing to maintain these high levels of control. Replacing new cylinders can be very costly though and with financial pressures being high, this can cause a strain on budgets. Hebble now offer a service to retrofit older cylinders using Balluff linear position transducers and pressure proximity sensors. This retrofit service means we can offer substantial savings to our customers and help to keep costs low.

By using the latest electronics and technology, Balluff are able to develop customer-specific solutions which Hebble can then apply to suit your requirements. Many position sensors are used in quite hostile environments and this can lead to them being damaged. The latest development we have made with Balluff position sensors has been to generate a heavy duty steel body transducer to house and protect the delicate electronic sensor so it can be used in any environment.
The transducer and housing are ideal replacements for mechanical limit switches and have been used with a high degree of success in the steel manufacturer and distributer Corus' melting and casting plants.
